NexGenPCs Shipping & Delivery Policy

At NexGenPCs, we are committed to providing reliable and secure delivery for every order. Because our PCs may require custom component sourcing, assembly, testing, configuration, and quality control, processing times can vary depending on the order.

1. Processing & Build Times

The estimated computer date displayed on the NexGenPCs website is an estimated timeframe and is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date.

All orders, including custom-built PCs and pre-built systems, may take up to 4–6 weeks to be fully processed, assembled, tested, and prepared for delivery or shipment.

Factors that may affect processing time include:

• Component availability

• Supplier or manufacturer delays

• Customization requests

• High order volume

• Testing and quality-control requirements

• Shipping delays affecting required components

• Unexpected technical issues during assembly

NexGenPCs will make reasonable efforts to complete orders as quickly as possible while ensuring that every PC is properly assembled and tested before delivery.

2. Orders Taking Longer Than 6 Weeks

In rare circumstances, an order may require more than 6 weeks to complete due to circumstances outside of NexGenPCs' reasonable control.

If we expect your order to take longer than the estimated 4–6 week timeframe, NexGenPCs will contact you with an updated estimated completion or delivery date and provide any relevant information regarding the delay.

3. Local Delivery

For customers located in select areas of Maryland, NexGenPCs may offer complimentary in-person delivery.

Complimentary local delivery is currently available in:

• Columbia

• Ellicott City

• Mount Airy

• Frederick

Delivery availability may vary depending on the order, location, and circumstances. NexGenPCs will coordinate a delivery date and time with the customer once the PC is ready.

4. Shipping Within the United States

NexGenPCs currently offers shipping to eligible locations throughout the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and may vary depending on the size, weight, and shipping requirements of the order.

Once an order has been completed and is ready to ship, the customer may receive shipping and tracking information when applicable.

5. Secure Packaging & Delivery

NexGenPCs takes reasonable precautions to package computers and components securely for transportation.

Customers should inspect their package and PC upon delivery. If visible damage is present, customers should document the damage with photographs and contact NexGenPCs as soon as possible.

6. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery or completion date displayed on the NexGenPCs website, provided during checkout, or communicated before an order is completed should be considered an estimate only.

These estimates may change due to component availability, production requirements, shipping delays, or other circumstances.

A delay in the estimated completion or delivery date does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

7. Order Notifications

Customers will receive an email or other applicable notification when their PC is ready for delivery or shipment.

For local deliveries, NexGenPCs will coordinate the delivery with the customer.

For shipped orders, tracking information may be provided once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

8. Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to a third-party shipping carrier, NexGenPCs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of NexGenPCs' control.

NexGenPCs will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping-related issues when possible.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

If an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
